What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the successful delivery of new capabilities, enhancements, and features across Credit AMTF Train, and support Collections as needed
Manage diverse stakeholder expectations and prioritize input from various teams to support cross-team changes
Lead PI Planning sessions to prioritize AMTF capabilities and communicate status and timelines to leadership
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders on impacts and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Resolve or elevate roadblocks to stakeholders and Senior Leadership as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management or lending; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
3+ years of Agile Product Owner/Manager experience with an understanding of agile methodology
3+ years of Project Management experience with attention to detail and data integrity
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry in functional areas such as Technology, Operations, or Credit infrastructure
Experience operating at a strategic level within a cross-functional team
Familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products and practices
Strong investigative mindset for data and its relationship to business
2+ years of programming experience with SAS, SQL, or Python
