What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, both internally and externally
Manage smaller transactions and coordinate with associated parties, including brokers
Draft and process client initiation documents, engagement letters, and service requests
Track and report critical dates such as lease expirations
Assist with financial analysis and prepare market information for presentations and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Previous exposure to client feedback questionnaires and surveys
Familiarity with financial analysis in the real estate sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle general administrative duties effectively
