What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, including brokers
Draft and process all requests for service or client initiation documents
Assist with reporting functions and prepare transaction communication tools for management
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with transaction management technology such as Fusion, CoStar, or REFLEX
Background in financial analysis related to real estate transactions
Familiarity with preparing negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrixes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
