What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, such as brokers
Assist the transactions team with documentation required for transaction management processes
Draft and process requests for service or client initiation documents
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with market and demographic research
Familiarity with commercial real estate technology platforms
Previous experience in client reporting and administrative support
Strong understanding of negotiation summaries and RFP processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
