Why This Business

This is a global industrial leader with deep expertise across mining, materials, and specialty chemicals. Backed by long-term investment and a strong balance sheet, it is actively expanding its footprint through both acquisition and organic growth. With a low-ego, high-output culture, this is a business that rewards those who think commercially, execute with discipline, and stay the course.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead valuation, diligence, and post-deal integration of strategic M&A
  • Drive strategic initiatives across commercial, operations, and FP&A
  • Identify and assess new markets, technologies, and investment themes
  • Present strategic insights and business cases to executive leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years in strategy, corporate development, or M&A within an industrial, mining, chemicals, or materials business
  • End-to-end deal experience, plus broader strategic or operational exposure
  • Strong commercial judgement, analytical depth, and stakeholder influence
  • A track record of progression and stability in prior roles – not a job-hopper

Who This Suits

You’re an M&A-trained strategist with industrial exposure and long-term career ambition. You want variety, challenge, and a seat at the table – and you're ready to build a lasting career in a business that values loyalty, capability, and commercial thinking.
