What You’ll Be Doing

Drive new growth

across a defined East Coast territory through proactive business development and strategic expansion

Deliver value-based solutions

across sweet and savory, working closely with R&D and applications teams

Act as a senior commercial partner

to key customers – owning relationships and leading negotiations

Influence pipeline and strategy

through disciplined CRM use, market insights, and internal collaboration

What You’ll Bring

Proven track record of success in flavor sales (8+ years minimum)

Experience growing both new and existing business in the food & beverage sector

Deep understanding of value-based selling and category dynamics across sweet and savory

Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage technical stakeholders
