Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Channels to lead and elevate our marketing channel strategy across email, paid media, PR, social media and website. This leader will build and mentor a team of channel experts, ensuring Buffini’s message reaches the right audiences with impact and consistency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on understanding of each channel, able to integrate campaigns into a cohesive customer journey that drives awareness, engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of channel specialists across email, paid media, PR, social media and web.
• Build integrated channel strategies that align with Buffini’s brand voice, marketing goals and business objectives.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring excellence in creative, timing, targeting and measurement.
• Drive optimization through data insights, A/B testing and performance reporting across all channels.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation across paid, earned and owned media.
• Partner with product, creative, and acquisition teams to deliver omnichannel campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to keep Buffini’s channels at the leading edge.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader who ensures Buffini’s marketing channels work together as one powerful system.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on multi-channel execution and strategy.
• 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving business results across email, paid media, PR, social and web.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executive presence.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in campaign delivery.
• Experience in real estate, coaching, or professional services marketing is a plus.
