We are a fast-growing consumer products company with a strong digital presence across direct-to-consumer, major marketplaces, and emerging social commerce platforms. Our brands compete in dynamic, high-growth categories and are built for performance, speed, and scale.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Director of Digital Revenue to lead and accelerate performance across all online channels.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for owning digital revenue performance across DTC e-commerce, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms.

You’ll set strategy, drive execution, and optimize performance across the full customer journey from acquisition to retention. We’re looking for a modern digital leader who understands what’s working now, not what worked five years ago.

What You’ll Own

  • Digital revenue strategy across DTC and marketplace channels
  • Shopify (or similar) performance, UX, merchandising, and CRO
  • Promotional planning and offer strategy to maximize revenue and margin
  • Retention strategy including email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives
  • Performance dashboards and KPI tracking (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, AOV)
  • Budget forecasting and ROI optimization
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, creative, and operations teams
  • Building and mentoring a growing digital team

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of e-commerce or digital revenue leadership experience
  • Proven track record scaling DTC brands on Shopify or similar platforms
  • Strong Amazon marketplace expertise
  • Experience with social commerce platforms and emerging digital trends
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization and performance marketing
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets and forecasts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action

Ideal Background

  • Experience in consumer brands (CPG, health, wellness, beauty, or similar)
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced growth environment
