What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Target and prospect within a defined set of industry account targets

Build Account Plans for Target Accounts and develop new partnerships

Participate in regional industry events and negotiate complex deals

Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning

Provide comprehensive sales reports to senior management and manage customer relationships

What is Required (Qualifications)

5 - 15 years of direct B2B software sales experience with a proven track record

Experience selling enterprise software, preferably in operational, risk, or compliance systems

Willingness to travel extensively within the USA (up to 30%)

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience closing business with global organizations in North America

Strong skills in strategic sales planning and complex negotiation

Proven ability to lead and mentor team members

In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Experience using Salesforce.com as a CRM tool
