Import Product Quotation Specialist

EFC International is a global supplier of engineered fasteners and specialty components serving automotive, industrial, and distribution markets. We are seeking an experienced Import Product Quotation Specialist to support our Inside Sales team with accurate, competitive, and timely pricing.
We are looking for a detail oriented, analytical professional who understands cost modeling, supply chain dynamics, and commercial impact, and who can move quickly while maintaining accuracy.
Position Overview This role is responsible for analyzing customer requests for quotation, gathering supplier pricing, calculating landed costs, and delivering competitive quotes aligned with company margins and policies. The ideal candidate has strong import product experience and understands how to build complete landed cost models.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requests for quotation and develop accurate supplier quotes
Calculate landed costs including unit cost, tariff duty, freight, tooling, and additional fees
Apply knowledge of imported products and applicable tariff structures
Collaborate with suppliers and internal sales teams to gather required information
Monitor quotation progress and ensure timely responses
Review 2D prints and technical documentation when applicable
Work within ERP systems to manage quoting transactions
Use Excel formulas to build cost models and pricing estimates
Translate demand forecasting inputs into accurate quote structures
Required Qualifications
Direct experience working with imported products
Proven experience building landed cost estimates
Experience working within an ERP system
Proficiency in Excel including formulas and cost modeling
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience collaborating with suppliers and sales teams
Preferred Qualifications
Industrial or construction industry experience
Background in purchasing and or quoting
Experience reviewing 2D technical prints
