What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the successful delivery of new capabilities and enhancements across Credit AMTF Train, supporting Collections as needed

Manage diverse stakeholders while prioritizing inputs from various teams and ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies

Conduct PI Planning sessions to set priorities and goals for AMTF capabilities

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to address impacts and dependencies

Ensure teams stay on schedule for committed changes and escape roadblocks when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management or lending; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines

3+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager or similar role

3+ years of Project Management experience with a focus on detail and data integrity

Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in the financial services industry in areas such as Technology, Operations, or Credit infrastructure

Experience operating at a strategic level within a cross-functional team

Familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products and practices

Strong investigative mindset for data analysis and its relationship to business

Experience with programming in SAS, SQL, or Python
