What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements across the Credit AMTF Train and support Collections features as needed
Manage diverse stakeholder expectations and prioritize input from various teams
Facilitate PI Planning sessions and communicate project status and timelines to leadership
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to address impacts and dependencies
Ensure timely delivery of committed changes and escalation of roadblocks as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management
3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
3+ years of Agile Product Owner/Manager experience using agile methodology3+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on detail and data integrity
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry across various functional areas
Experience operating at a strategic level as part of a cross-functional team
Strong understanding of credit processes and consumer/commercial lending products
Familiarity with Decision Engines such as FICO DMP, Power Curve, or similar platforms
2+ years of experience with SAS/SQL/Python programming
