What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the delivery of new capabilities, enhancements, and features across Credit AMTF Train while supporting Collections as needed
Manage priorities and stakeholder input from various teams to support cross‑team changes
Facilitate PI Planning sessions to prioritize AMTF capabilities and communicate commitment changes to leadership
Collaborate with key stakeholders on impacts and dependencies related to project execution
Address roadblocks and ensure teams are on schedule for committed changes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager or similar role
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry in areas such as Technology, Operations, or Credit infrastructure
Experience operating at a strategic level within cross‑functional teams
Familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products and practices
2+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or Python programming
Advanced degree with a focus on analytics
