Rate: $42 - $48 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
Analyze
key performance indicators (KPIs)
to identify opportunities for improving the online experience and increasing conversion rates.
Serve as the
subject matter expert
for assigned brand(s), optimizing assortment strategies and digital presence.
Use insights from
customer feedback, CSAT, reviews, and Q&A
to drive continuous improvements in the online shopping journey.
Act as the primary point of contact for brand performance, SKU presentation, and strategic execution.
Build and deliver presentations for suppliers and merchants to support strategic plans and analyze execution.
Leverage data to optimize cross-sell, up-sell, and bundling strategies to improve online basket size and sales.
Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to develop and execute project plans that enhance the customer experience.
Experience Requirements
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
2 years of experience in online/retail merchandising, digital marketing, vendor management, or other relevant fields.
Strong business acumen with experience analyzing sales reports and summarizing results.
Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
