Receptionist Sales Support

Answer, screen, and direct calls. Greet vendors, customers, and visitors. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Perform administrative and sales support Review and respond to daily internal/external mail Perform general clerical duties faxing, copying, and filing Data entry including sales quotations and purchase orders in computer Resolve customer requests, inquires and/or concerns Liaison for sales team and other key company departments Performs other related duties as assigned by management Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities Acute attention to detail Manage priorities and workflow Ability to work independently and as a team member High school diploma 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area a plus
