Job Title: Assembly/Packager
Job Description
The Assembly/Packager is responsible for supporting daily production operations through a variety of tasks, including assembling products, conducting quality checks, picking orders, and repackaging products.
Responsibilities
Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and/or performance testing on assembled units.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
Interpret work instructions accurately.
Document test results via shop orders and ERP system.
Essential Skills
Packaging and assembly experience.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
Basic computer knowledge, including the ability to run programs to update software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
6 months of experience in packaging or assembly.
Ability to sit or stand and lean over a workbench for 8+ hours per day.
Capability to lift light articles and occasionally lift 40+ pounds.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3 pm. The environment is a Blue Electro Static Environment with a small business feel on the manufacturing floor. Flexibility and comfort in assisting other departments during large shipments are required.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
