Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to sell to Strategic AI Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and expand business with AWS’s fastest-growing AI-native customers. The Sr. Account Manager will set long‑term growth strategy and partnership with customers building foundation models, inference platforms, and AI applications. You will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources. Role & Responsibilities
Teaming with all aspects of the customer's organization, including C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales teams. Building relationships across an account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaboration with an extended team. Driving adoption of AWS AI/ML infrastructure, including GPU and custom silicon solutions for training and inference workloads. Positioning cost‑optimized compute architectures to support rapid scaling and experimentation. Enabling technical migrations and workload optimization across diverse chip architectures. Supporting go‑to‑market partnerships and joint customer success initiatives. Navigating complex technical requirements for model training, fine‑tuning, and inference deployment. Culture & Growth

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 7+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services. Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the AI technology landscape including model training and inference, AI application architectures, and compute infrastructure (GPU/custom silicon). Experience navigating technical partnerships and go‑to‑market collaborations. Track record of driving infrastructure adoption and workload migration for high‑growth technology companies. The base salary range for this position is: San Francisco, CA – $157,100 – $212,600 USD annually Denver, CO – $142,800 – $193,200 USD annually Seattle, WA – $142,800 – $193,200 USD annually Compensation also includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
