True Sky Credit Union Responsible for servicing mortgage loans, posting payments, entering new loans on the system, answering member questions, and producing reports. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Fund all new mortgage loans so they can be booked into the servicing system. Balance all costs contained in Closing Disclosure and make all necessary transfers and checks to complete the funding of the loan. Efficiently onboard new loans and conduct thorough post-closing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, verifying that all loan details are correctly reflected in system of record. Answer phone calls, post real estate payments, monitor DDA account, complete payment corrections as needed, monitor HELOC activity utilizing monthly and daily reporting, calculate and post loan payoffs, balance investor payoffs and wires, ensure all paid out liens are released and filed at the county court records. Provide exceptional member service by responding to mortgage-related inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering expert guidance to ensure members' needs are met and expectations exceeded. Manage and maintain accurate loan documentation by tracking all pending documents, researching, and obtaining missing documents, scanning, and indexing all loan documents into software system. Provide documentation upon request to external loan servicer Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by monitoring insurance coverage and obtaining force-placed insurance when necessary. Work with third party CPI vendor to make sure all loans are either insured or covered via CPI. Facilitate loan sales to investors and coordinate the secure transfer of original loan documents to designated custodians. Remit collected funds to investors in a timely manner and perform monthly cashbook reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Promote and cross-sell Credit Union services to members, enhancing their financial experience. Additionally, maintain compliance expertise by completing required training courses and perform other duties as assigned. Performance Measurements:

Ensure timely and error-free review of loan documents, report preparation, and new account analysis, while maintaining up-to-date records. Accurately onboard new loans and effectively cross-sell credit union products and services to members. Manage private mortgage insurance (PMI), property taxes, and insurance payments for home loans, ensuring timely balancing and payment. Follow up on cancellation notices and force place insurance as required. Scan and index mortgage-related documents within one week of receipt, ensuring accurate categorization and storage. Participate in cross-training to support other department roles as needed. Maintain a professional work environment. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the credit union's dress code. To stay current and comply with all federal and state regulations including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and all credit union policies and procedures. Knowledge and Skills:

One year to three years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Ability to work in a team environment but also thrive independently. Must be flexible and open to feedback. Good communication skills written and verbal. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft products, and ability to quickly navigate new systems and programs. Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
