About the Human Resources Director role:
- This hands-on Human resources role will oversee the full scope of all HR functions across multiple entities and states.
- Responsibilities span across regulatory compliance, PEO management, Payroll oversight, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Relations & Engagement, Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, Training & Development.
Qualifications of the Human Resources Director
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with management experience (multi-state experience)
- Experience working in partnership with a PEO is required.
