Project Superintendent – Grading

to their team.

✔ Can run grading, utilities, paving, embankment, traffic control without blinking

✔ Holds your crews accountable while developing future leaders

This isn’t a clipboard-only role.

You’ll be the primary jobsite leader — coordinating subs, managing production, walking the site daily, monitoring quantities, tracking performance in HeavyJob (or similar), and ensuring every project is built to spec and passes inspection without surprises.

What we are looking for:

5+ years in Heavy Civil / Highway construction

3+ years leading crews

Proven experience with grading, excavation, roadway construction, utilities, concrete & asphalt
