We’reseekinga strategic, people‑focused leader to oversee both our Project Management and Installation teams. This roleis responsible fordriving seamless project delivery—from planning and budgeting to installation and customer sign‑off—while ensuring exceptional service,strong communication, and consistent profitability.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop the Project Management and Installation departments.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Improve workflows, communication, and coordination between office and field teams.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts.

Support installation operations including subcontractor management, inspections, and field problem‑solving.

Build high‑performing teams through coaching and accountability.

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Production, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

5–7+ years of leadership experience in project management, construction, installation,and/or operations.

Strong communicationand customer‑facing skills.

Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, schedules, and complex workflows.

Ability to read drawings and understand installation processes (preferred).

Strong organizational skills and comfort with fast-changing environments.

Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
