Key Account Manager

to lead its revenue expansion in

New York .

In this high-impact role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately

40 strategic accounts,

including top-tier Investors, Banks, Advisors, and Law Firms. You will be at the center of the firm's transition from an intelligence provider to a comprehensive

data platform , monetizing new capabilities like

API delivery

and workflow integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Retention : Drive high revenue growth and maintain exceptional retention across a portfolio of enterprise-level clients.

Expansion Strategy : Identify and convert high-value

upsell and cross-sell opportunities

by deeply understanding client workflows.

Strategic Planning : Build and execute account plans to unlock growth across multi-office relationships in

New York, London, and Singapore .

Commercial Discipline : Maintain a healthy pipeline in

Salesforce

with accurate forecasting and rigorous management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product and commercial teams to provide client insights that shape future strategy.

Qualifications

Experience : 5 to 7 years of experience managing and growing

B2B subscription accounts

within the financial or TMT sectors.

Market Expertise : Proven success selling to senior executives at financial institutions, with a preference for knowledge within M&A, IB, or Deal making.

Technical Familiarity : Experience with

data platforms

and/or

API go-to-market

strategies is highly valued.

Performance Record : A consistent track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering high net retention.

Mindset : A proactive, "hunting" mindset. This is a revenue-generation role, not a passive renewal position.
