We are currently looking for an
Outside
Sales / Business Development Manager
for a high-end countertop fabrication and installation company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is a hybrid role combining outside sales and business development (80%) with light team management (20%) of 3 showroom-based sales consultants. Core targets include high-end residential builders, remodelers, and designers as well as general consumers. RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks, market research, and strategic outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients (residential builders, designers, architects, remodelers) Actively pursue and bid commercial opportunities (RFPs/RFQs) Manage CRM systems (Moraware) to support project tracking and communication Mentor and support a team of showroom consultants to help drive lead conversion Support post-sale project management for the first 3–6 months as needed REQUIREMENTS
5+ years experience in business development, outside sales, and account management within the construction industry (ideally stone, tile, or flooring). At least some relationships with contractors, builders, and designers in the greater Atlanta and Alpharetta area. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel locally and spend significant time in the field
