Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in McKinney, TX. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, managing lead generation efforts, and building strong client relationships. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for driving growth and improving client engagement. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing business trends, and assisting in the preparation of presentations for prospective clients.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Proven experience in lead generation and knowledge of market research techniques

Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating market trends and identifying business opportunities

Customer service expertise with a focus on client engagement

Proficiency in CRM systems and tools is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
