Legal/Loan Workout Specialist Term : 18 months with possible FTE conversion
PROJECT SUMMERY
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
Duties
Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
Test info before its sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
Checking notarization on documents.
May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.
Top Skills
Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams)
Basic computer skills
Experience
1+ year of relevant professional experience
Paralegal certification (NICE TO HAVE) Finance/ banking
