Job Overview
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Loan Workout Specialist 1 (Legal Documents) for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
Responsibilities
Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements.
Test info before it is sent out to 3rd party legal partners.
Checking notarization on documents.
May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.
Requirements
Knowledge of collection law (ideal)
Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures)
Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A)
Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Basic computer skills
Understanding credit cards
1+ year of relevant professional experience
Desired Skills
Paralegal certification
Pay Range $23.13 - $26.23 per Hour
