As a Field Service Representative and key member of the West Region service team, you provide on‑site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in the Pacific Northwest. You will report to the West Region Field Service Manager in Torrance, CA. Your location is ideally in or near Portland, OR, but other major cities in the territory are possible.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $32.61–$36.90 per hour and depends on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits, a profit‑sharing contribution to your 401(k) retirement savings, a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years, and additional bonus opportunities.

Job Description

Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.

Managing inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions.

Qualifications

3 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex analytical instruments.

Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.

Associate's degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Availability for frequent overnight travel (total travel up to 90%).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and passport.
