Corporate Paralegal
Assisting attorneys with document preparation and filings for corporations, partnerships and LLC's
Assisting attorneys with document preparation related to amendments and withdrawals
Creating, organizing and maintaining corporate minute books and entity records
Assisting with the preparation, filing and retrieval of UCC filings and conducting UCC filing searches in applicable jurisdictions
Assisting with SS-4 Forms with the IRS to obtain EINs for corporations, partnerships and/or LLC's
