Compliance Coordinator – Corporate Governance & Reporting Location:

Role Purpose We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage reporting and compliance activities across multiple assets and stakeholder groups. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, creating evidence‑based reports, and ensuring accurate documentation for both internal and external requirements.

The Compliance Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between reporting agencies, internal teams, and external contractors, ensuring that all reporting aligns with standards set by governing authorities, agreements, and permits. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of analyzing complex regulatory requirements while communicating them clearly to diverse audiences. This role is part of a global team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage communications between assets, reporting agencies, and other stakeholders regarding compliance and reporting obligations.

Maintain compliance by understanding and communicating reporting requirements from contractual and regulatory obligations.

Create accurate, evidence‑based reports based on time, event, and other requirements outlined in agreements.

Ensure reporting complies with internal requirements and external covenants, agreements, permits, and authorizations with agencies such as FERC, EIA, ITC Grant, DOE, ADEQ, MCESD, and MCADQ.

Maintain organized reports and evidence for audit and historical purposes.

Partner with external contractors to collect and maintain records as outlined in agreements.

Support compliance training and awareness efforts as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field (required).

Experience & Technical Skills

1+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area (corporate environment preferred).

Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards (energy or infrastructure sector experience a plus).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and training delivery.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of compliance management software.

Highly organized with strong recordkeeping and documentation skills.

Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to identify gaps and recommend solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in fast‑paced environments.
