Job Summary Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a driven and results-oriented Director of Business Development to expand our referral network across North Carolina. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, hospitals, schools, and other community providers to increase access to ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow referral relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, hospitals, and community partners
Conduct regular in-person visits and outreach throughout North Carolina
Execute consistent follow-up strategies to maintain long-term partnerships
Generate measurable referral growth and new client starts
Track outreach efforts and referral activity
Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, or healthcare sales
Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or pediatrics preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with frequent statewide travel
Self-motivated and results-driven
Compensation
Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus structure tied to referral growth
