We are looking for a reliable outbound cold caller to support our sales team. This is a long‑term, hourly role focused on cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. Your primary goal will be to engage decision‑makers, introduce our services, and set up follow‑up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus. Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to businesses (call lists provided)

Follow a provided call script

Ask qualifying questions

Book qualified meetings or pass warm leads

Log all call activity in our CRM

What we provide

Ongoing work (not a short‑term project)

$7–$9/hour USD to start (based on experience) + performance bonuses after onboarding

Requirements

Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience

Clear spoken English

Comfortable making 75–100+ calls/day

Reliable internet and quiet calling environment

Available during U.S. business hours

Tools and Set Up

Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Headset + modern computer

Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Close / etc.)
