We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Continuous Improvement professional with strong knowledge of Kaizen methodologies and a proven drive to lead change. This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, facilitating Kaizen events, and implementing sustainable process improvements within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is not just familiar with Kaizen — they are energized by it, comfortable leading cross‑functional teams, and driven to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and facilitate Kaizen events across production, quality, logistics, and support functions
Identify waste and drive Lean initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale
Conduct time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis
Develop and implement standardized work and process documentation
Perform root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, A3, DMAIC)
Lead 5S and visual management initiatives
Analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support layout improvements and material flow optimization
Track and report measurable cost savings and efficiency gains
Foster a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Associate's degree in industrial engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading Kaizen events
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
Experience conducting time studies and process mapping
Ability to influence and drive change across departments
Strong facilitation and communication skills
