First Shift | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and professional
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with account-related questions
Research and resolve issues accurately and efficiently
Document customer interactions in company systems
Navigate multiple platforms while providing support
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care
Qualifications
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable using computer systems
Able to work full-time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must be able and willing to work fully on-site in Blue Ash, OH
