TAP & Employment Readiness Specialist

Responsibilities
This position is assigned to Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC), Fleet and Family Readiness Department (N9), Family Readiness Division (N91), Work and Family Life Branch (N911). Incumbent serves as the TAP & Employment Readiness Specialist. The position facilitates the TAP and employment supportive programs, including the Family Employment Readiness Program (FERP) and services for Naval Base San Diego.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a subject‑matter field appropriate to the position (General Human Resources, business administration and management, operations management, etc.).
Three (3) years of specialized experience with employment policies and transition assistance programs in support of the Department of Defense (DoD).
A combination of education and specialized experience.
