Role Overview Muse Media MGMT is seeking a Brand Strategist to build, manage, and grow client accounts under the Muse umbrella. This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for entrepreneurial marketers who want ownership of client relationships while operating within an established agency framework.
This is not a posting‑only role. This position includes brand positioning, campaign development, content direction, and growth execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategy for client accounts
Lead campaign planning and content direction
Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn strategy for clients
Oversee short‑form content planning in collaboration with Content Creators
Maintain client communication and relationship management
Create and manage content calendars inside agency systems
Identify growth opportunities including partnerships and activations
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
Structure
Hybrid flexibility
Opportunity to bring in and manage your own client accounts
Revenue share model based on accounts managed
Access to Muse systems including Rella, ClickUp, templates, and brand standards
Client agreements are signed under Muse Media MGMT. All client relationships remain property of the agency.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong strategic thinking beyond just posting content
Understands campaign structure, growth strategy, and analytics
