Cleaning and washing of dishes, cutting boards and all glassware and silverware. Maintains clean glass racks and is responsible for their storage. Duties may include the removal of garbage, cleaning of containers and floors as directed by the Chef. Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by the Chef Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel. Licenses/Certifications/Other: Must be able to obtain Oklahoma Racing License
