Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Lending Specialist in their St. Louis, Missouri location.

Responsibilities
Ensure proper homeowner’s insurance coverage and verify accurate mortgagee clauses Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews to confirm file completeness and signed documentation Order and manage appraisals for Loan Officers Provide appraisal quotes to Loan Officer Assistants Upload completed appraisals and route to appropriate associates Upload HELOC files into Encompass and ensure accurate system documentation What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of mortgage industry regulations, including: Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Truth in Lending (TILA) Ability to analyze issues using logic and reasoning to identify effective solutions Strong written communication skills tailored to various audiences Customer-service mindset with a focus on quality standards and satisfaction Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems, including file management and documentation processes High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of banking or mortgage industry experience preferred Systems & Technology
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology’s Encompass preferred
