Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent with aviation project experience to support upcoming work at DFW International Airport.
With a strong backlog of aviation projects and up to $1B in upcoming work at DFW Airport, this role offers the opportunity to be part of large, complex construction projects that will have a lasting impact on one of the busiest airports in the world.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing field operations on aviation, airport, or other highly coordinated commercial projects, and be comfortable working in secure, active environments where safety, logistics, and scheduling are critical.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day field operations on aviation construction projects at DFW Airport
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and airport regulations
Coordinate with project managers, airport authorities, and stakeholders
Manage jobsite logistics within an active airport environment
Maintain quality control and ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications
Oversee project execution from mobilization through closeout
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
Aviation or airport construction experience strongly preferred
Experience managing complex commercial construction projects
Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills
Ability to lead teams in highly regulated and safety-sensitive environments
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
