Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

to support hiring across its

General & Administrative (G&A)

functions. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR to deliver high-quality hiring in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple requisitions end to end, advising stakeholders, and operating with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities

Manage

full-cycle recruitment

across a broad range of G&A roles, from intake through offer and close Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, timelines, and priorities Lead sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, and market research to identify high-quality talent Screen and assess candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit Coordinate interview processes, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations Maintain accurate tracking of requisitions, pipelines, and hiring activity using ATS and reporting tools Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Operate effectively in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines Profile & Experience

Proven experience as a

Corporate or G&A Recruiter , ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth organization Demonstrated ability to manage

multiple requisitions end to end

simultaneously Strong sourcing capability across a variety of corporate disciplines Confident partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously Adaptable, hands-on, and able to operate effectively in a contract capacity
