
Regional Sales Manager

Eagle Aluminum is growing — and growing aggressively. We’re looking for a motivated
Regional Sales Manager (individual contributor)
to build and expand a defined geographic territory.
This is a revenue-producing role focused on relationship development, customer engagement, and territory growth. You’ll work from a defined list of target accounts while actively identifying and developing new customers. Success in this role requires energy, discipline, and a genuine desire to serve customers well.
You will represent a broad range of aluminum trims, profiles, and custom extrusions across the architectural, construction, and industrial markets. An interest in learning and confidently selling across a wide product portfolio is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow revenue within your assigned territory
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors
Work from a target account list while proactively developing new business
Travel throughout the region (approximately 50%) to stay close to customers
Attend and represent Eagle Aluminum at industry trade shows
Maintain consistent daily engagement with customers (calls, visits, follow-up)
Participate in weekly sales meetings and regular 1:1 coaching sessions
Operate independently and virtually with strong accountability
Utilize CRM / NetSuite to manage pipeline and activity
Provide market feedback to sales leadership on pricing, product trends, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience
A growth mindset and strong sense of ownership
Motivation to build long-term customer relationships
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team culture
Strong communication skills and organization
Understanding of basic margin and gross profit concepts
Experience in building products, construction, industrial, or manufacturing sales is a plus.
Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission, with strong upside tied directly to territory growth.
