Regional Sales Manager - Southwest (Sales)
We areseeking a dynamic andresults-drivenRegional Sales Manager (RSM) for the Southwest Region(MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, NM TX, OK,) Case Packing and Palletizing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for newaccountswithintheterritory. Considered Applicants must reside in the Southwest region of the United States to be considered for this remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Actively seek out and develop new accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets
Participate in industry tradeshows, conferences, and network
