
Sales Operations Manager

We're looking for an analytically‑minded sales operations professional to help enterprise real‑estate brokerages dramatically improve attachment rates of their in‑house mortgage, title, and insurance services. You'll be the technical backbone of our partner success strategy — building the data infrastructure, management dashboards, and coaching tools that turn good intentions into measurable revenue growth.
This isn't a typical ops role. You'll work directly with one flagship Brokerage partner operating in 5+ states to prove we can 3X their mortgage attachment rate on real‑estate sales through better data, better visibility, and better coaching at scale. Once proven, you'll help replicate this model across additional enterprise partners.
What You'll Do Build the Data Foundation
Integrate disparate systems (BoldTrail CRM, mortgage CRM/POS, title and insurance tools) to create a single source of truth for transaction and attachment data
Design and implement ETL processes using APIs and data pipelines to automate data flow across systems
Work with Redshift and other data warehouses to structure data for reporting and analysis
Ensure 95%+ data accuracy with proper agent attribution for every transaction
Create Insights That Drive Action
Build and maintain executive dashboards in Tableau that track attachment rates, revenue, and pipeline health across 2,600 agents in 5 states
Develop in‑office leaderboards showing real‑time agent performance vs. peers
Create automated coaching alerts for sales managers highlighting opportunities and coaching moments
Turn raw data into operationalized insights that make it easy for leaders to know who to coach and when
Enable Scaled Coaching
Design digital tools and reports that deliver coaching insights across a geographically distributed organization
Identify patterns in top‑performing agents and translate those into replicable tactics
Monitor adoption of reporting tools and iterate based on usage data
Partner with Stakeholders
Collaborate equally with internal Inside Real Estate teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) and external partner teams (broker leaders, mortgage sales managers, marketing)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Serve as the trusted advisor on what's working, what's not, and what to do about it
What You Bring Required
3-5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales analytics roles
Strong SQL skills – you can write queries to fetch your own data and don't need to wait on others
Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau strongly preferred)
Track record of building reports and dashboards that sales teams actually use
Comfort working with APIs, data integrations, and basic ETL concepts
Hybrid technical skills: you can build things yourself AND coordinate with engineering teams when needed
Sales‑minded: you understand what drives revenue and can connect data insights to business outcomes
Strongly Preferred
Experience in mortgage, title, real estate, or related financial services industries
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech stacks
Background in designing coaching tools or sales enablement systems
Experience with AWS Redshift or similar cloud data warehouses
Nice to Have
Knowledge of real estate transaction workflows
Experience scaling processes across distributed sales organizations
Background in partner‑facing or customer success roles
What Success Looks Like First 90 Days
Complete integration of key systems for sales teams
Deliver first version of executive dashboard and agent leaderboards
Establish baseline metrics and data quality standards
First Year
Help Brokerage partner achieve 3X mortgage attachment rate in their newest region from starting baseline
Build replicable playbook of reports, coaching tools, and integrations
Maintain 95%+ data accuracy across all reporting
Demonstrate measurable adoption of tools (dashboard usage, manager engagement with coaching alerts)
Beyond
Support expansion to 2-3 additional enterprise partners
Continuously refine tools based on what's driving results
Become the go‑to expert on how data and operations drive attachment rate success
