A well-established, vertically integrated aerospace & defense manufacturer (division of a publicly traded, industry-leading aerospace group) is seeking a
Sales Manager
to drive customer engagement, bookings growth, and strategic market expansion. This organization designs and manufactures highly engineered components supporting extreme-environment applications and maintains a strong position with OEM and aftermarket customers. Key Responsibilities: Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings targets by customer and segment Develop and grow OEM and distribution channel relationships Drive new business through proactive customer engagement and market intelligence Leverage ERP and data analytics to guide territory and growth strategy Support contract negotiations in partnership with business unit leadership Identify and penetrate adjacent markets for long-term (3–5 year) growth Ideal Background: 3–7+ years aerospace sales or business or Program management experience Strong understanding of aftermarket strategy and aircraft build/overhaul trends Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel capabilities Experience balancing OEM and distribution channels Highly customer-facing; comfortable traveling 50%+ (US & international) Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Engineering preferred; MBA a plus) This is a high-impact, autonomous role with strong visibility to executive leadership and meaningful growth opportunity within a decentralized aerospace platform.
