Role Description and Responsibilities FlexFactor helps businesses prevent false payment declines in real time, protecting revenue and improving customer experience at checkout.

We are hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to support demand generation through events, campaigns, and partner initiatives. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who wants to grow into a field marketing or demand generation career.

You will help plan and run trade shows, hosted events, and campaigns that generate pipeline for the sales team. This role works closely with sales, partnerships, and leadership to ensure marketing programs translate into real opportunities.

Success in this role comes from organization, attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for trade shows, hosted events, and partner activations

Manage event timelines, vendors, swag, shipping, and onsite setup support

Support pre-event outreach campaigns and post-event follow-up programs

Track event performance and pipeline contribution

Assist with campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, and sales enablement

Help maintain marketing assets, presentations, and promotional materials

Work with sales to ensure leads are properly captured and routed

Support partner marketing initiatives and co-marketing opportunities

Identify ways to improve event ROI and attendee engagement

Required Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or related role

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with sales teams

Self-starter mindset and willingness to take ownership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or events

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms

Interest in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments industries
