Build executive dinner and ABM‑style micro‑events

Manage third‑party conference sponsorships and on‑site activation

Coordinate speakers, booth presence, collateral, and demos

Build pre‑, during‑, and post‑event campaign workflows (email, LinkedIn, SDR sequences)

In partnership with Ops, track event‑sourced and event‑influenced pipeline as well as report on ROI, CAC contribution, and pipeline impact

Manage budgets and negotiate vendor contracts

Requirements

3‑4 years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience

Experience in SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or technical B2B preferred

Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through events (beyond event logistics)

Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams on target account strategy

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Experience managing six‑figure plus event budgets

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Comfortable owning reporting and ROI analysis

Ability to travel globally with focus on AMER and EMEA (~25‑50%)

Things We Love (not required, but nice to have)

ABM campaign orchestration tied to field activations

Data‑driven mindset (pipeline attribution, conversion tracking, ROI modeling)

Experience in high‑growth or startup environments

Technical curiosity (comfortable engaging with product and engineering teams)

Preferably based in the United States

Benefits

A remote‑first, international team working on cutting‑edge AI infrastructure.

A competitive salary with additional perks.

Flexible working hours and async‑friendly culture.

High ownership and real impact.

Open‑source, engineering‑driven culture.

Choose your own laptop equipment.

Qdrant is an equal‑opportunity employer.

We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don’t check every single box, we’d still love to hear from you! We don’t want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

Come build with us!
