Plumb Supply Company is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales Representative in our Columbia, MO branch. We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, holiday pay, and health insurance.
Responsibilities:
Work with Territory Managers to determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Review engineering plans, construction documents, and drawings to provide accurate and complete pricing for commercial projects
Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
Create submittals and maintenance manuals for commercial projects
Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and answer sales calls for general information
Address and resolve customer concerns or questions
Assist the Commercial Sales team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with employees, supervisors, and customers.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC skills with Microsoft Windows operating system and office applications
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have excellent follow-up skills
Demonstrate an ability to create a positive work environment
Strong decision-making abilities and ability to understand impact and implications of decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.
$25.00 - $30.00 / hour
