Position Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution and coordination of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, CRM, and website platforms. This role is responsible for managing publishing calendars, coordinating creative assets, supporting campaign deployment, and maintaining audience segmentation and data integrity within marketing systems. Working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and external agency partners, the Digital Marketing Specialist ensures campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage organic social media and email marketing publishing calendars.

Coordinate creative assets, approvals, and publishing schedules aligned with campaign objectives with creative team.

Monitor engagement and support community management and audience interaction on social media platforms.

Manage the end-to-end planning and coordination of email marketing campaigns from requirement gathering and creative briefing to deployment.

Maintain audience segmentation lists within CRM or marketing automation platforms.

Support CRM data hygiene and audience list management.

Compile weekly and monthly campaign performance summaries for input into enterprise marketing performance analytics.

Coordinate marketing assets in partnership with creative team required to support website, digital marketing creative and sales enablement collateral.

Support website update process and project management as needed.

Support third-party agency management as needed.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

2–4 years of digital marketing experience.

Minimum 2 years of cruise or hospitality industry experience preferred.

Skills

Experience executing organic social media and email marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with CRM and email platforms (Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).

Basic analytics and reporting experience (Google Analytics, social insights, email reporting).

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness to achieve shared objectives

Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
