Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract with a client in Englewood Cliff, NJ (Remote). Candidate must have strong SAP BASIS expertise with deep capability in HANA migrations to meet core technical qualifications for this role.
Rate Range $66/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Consultant Job Responsibilities
Oversees SAP system installations, configurations, and environment setup across multiple landscapes.
Manages HANA migration activities including planning, execution, validation, and post‑migration optimization.
Handles system performance monitoring, tuning, and proactive maintenance to ensure high availability.
Administers user/security management, transport management, and system refreshes.
Troubleshoots BASIS‑related issues, performs root cause analysis, and coordinates resolutions with technical teams.
Supports upgrade cycles, patching activities, and Solution Manager operations where applicable.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.
8–10 years of strong SAP BASIS experience.
Deep hands‑on expertise in SAP HANA migrations, upgrades, and system optimization.
Strong capability in managing SAP system administration activities including security, transports, and performance tuning.

Pay Details $66.00 to $68.00 per hour
