Position Overview We are seeking a customer-focused
Inbound Call Center Agent
to handle high-volume incoming calls related to logistics services and order status updates. This position is based at our Miami operations hub.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide shipment status updates and service information
Document call details accurately in internal systems
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve issues
Maintain professional communication standards
Meet call handling and response time goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
