Your responsibilities will include accurately weighing and packaging products, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently package cannabis products according to established protocols and standards.
- Accurately weigh and label products to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packaged products and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.

Salary

$18.81 - $20.00 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate weighing and measuring of products.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Must pass any required pre-employment screenings.

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and an understanding of state regulations.
- Experience with inventory management systems or software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
